Having children is a life-changing moment, and we want you to help you enjoy every minute of that journey from finding out that you're pregnant to when you take your new baby home and watch them grow into a happy, healthy toddler.
MumsTheWord.com was created in 2004 to provide you with one of the most comprehensive ranges of maternity products available in the UK - not just the products that you will really need like morning sickness remedies (sorry for mentioning it), stretch mark creams and bra pads, but also those things that help you to remember that your're a woman and not just a mum - beautiful maternity pyjamas, stylish nursing tops and some of the most stunning changing bags you could hope to find.
We know that when it comes to your new babies and toddlers, that we are becoming much more conscious of the environment that they'll be growing up in, so we have tried, wherever possible, to source products made from organic or fair traded materials. So immerse yourself in our ranges of beautiful organic cotton baby rompers and sleepsuits or the fabulous dresses, tops, shirts and shorts for your toddlers.
We haven't forgotten that baby nursery either, with our selection of cots and nursery furniture styled with traditional or contemporary flair so that the room will blend in perfectly with the rest of your house.
We believe in product transparency, and so we have published the ingredients of all the cosmetic products on the site alonmgside their general product descriptions, allowing you to make a fully-informed choice before that product is deliverd to your door. We will not try to tell you that one product is better than another for you, we are not qualified healthcare professionals, and we do not know about your individual circumstances. We do recommend that if you do have any worries or anxieties about using any particular product that you discuss them with your GP, midwife or other healthcare professional
