These sentimental charms hang from an elegant 17" curb chain which fastens with a heart toggle clasp with feature logo tag.
All beautifully presented in a signature velvet pouch and luxury gift box.

One hand-stamped word/name/date allowed on each side of the sequin disc charm only. Maximum characters is 8.
